Appetizer Cake
300 g flour, 100 g salami (any kind), 100 g cheese, 4 eggs boiled hard, green parsley, 15 g fresh yeast, salt. Make a dough out of flour, salt, yeast and water as it takes to be a dense one. Let it double its volume near a source of heat. Meanwhile grate the cheese and the eggs. Cut the salami small cubes. Mix all these ingredients, add the parsley chopped and add the mixture in the dough. Stir well and let it for another half an hour. Heat the oven. Grease a sponge cake dish with margarine. Put the dough in the dish, let it rest for another 15-20 minutes, then put it in the oven, at medium heat for 35-40 minutes. Eat it hot or cold, sliced as bread. Tip: Don't use fat cheese or a bigger quantity than indicated; your dough will go down and the dish will be fat and ugly.
