Meat Bullets with Cheese
A 400 g canned Luncheon Meat, 3 eggs, 2-3 tbs flour, 200 g melting cheese, oil for frying. Open the can and put the meat in a food processor. Add the eggs, the cheese and the flour. Process until it becomes a paste. Put the oil in a frying pan and let it heat. With a tablespoon, take small balls out of the mixture and put them in the pan. Fry them on the two sides. Take them out on a kitchen paper. Serve on a plate.
