Mushrooms in Coats

500 g mushrooms, 2 eggs, flour, green parsley, salt, pepper, oil.
Use only the "hats" of the mushrooms. Wash them and let dry. Salt. Pepper. Whisk the eggs. Put the chopped parsley in the eggs. Stir. Put oil in a frying pan. Let it heat. Smear the mushrooms into flour and egg with parsley and put them frying on both sides in the hot oil. Serve with green salad.
