Peppers Filled With Ccreamcheese

4-8 mild peppers (depends on dimensions), 200 g cottage cheese, 100 g margarine, a medium onion, 1 tbs mustard, paprika to taste.
Chop the onion very fine (or you can grate it) and then mix it with the cheese, margarine, mustard and the paprika (for color and taste) until it turns a cream. Wash and dry the peppers, cut round the stalk and clean them inside. Fill with the creamcheese, then put them in the fridge for an hour (for the filling to become firm) and, when serving, cut them slices or quarters with a very sharp knife.
