BlackieDough: 6 eggs, 6 tbs sugar, 6 tbs flour, 1 tbs cocoa, 6 tbs water, 1 tsp baking soda. Separe whites from yolks. Beat the whites until foam with the sugar and the water, add one by one the yolks, the cocoa and baking soda. Pour into an oven dish greased and sprinkled with flour and let bake at low heat about 50 minutes. Try with a toothpick if it is done. Take it out and let cool. |
