Dough: 6 eggs, 6 tbs sugar, 6 tbs flour, 1 tbs cocoa, 6 tbs water, 1 tsp baking soda. Separe whites from yolks. Beat the whites until foam with the sugar and the water, add one by one the yolks, the cocoa and baking soda. Pour into an oven dish greased and sprinkled with flour and let bake at low heat about 50 minutes. Try with a toothpick if it is done. Take it out and let cool.
Cream: 3 yolks, 150 g sugar, 3-4 tbs milk, 3 tsp cocoa, 1 tsp Nescafe. Boil all of them at low temperature until it becomes thick. Let cool. Mix with 100 g butter. Spread on the baked dough.
Glaze: 3 whites and 150 g sugar. Beat them until it becomes a thick foam. Spread on the cream. On the surface, spread nuts, almonds or chocolate scratches.
