Chocolate Glazed Cookies

4 eggs, 200 g sugar, 250 g margarine, o tsp baking soda, lemon or orange peel finely diced at taste, flour as it takes to get a firm enough dough
Mix all the ingredients and knead well the dough. Spread a thin layer and cut cookies in different shapes. Bake them at medium heat for 10-15 minutes, until the cookies are light brown. Let cool.
Glaze: 150 g chocolate, 2 tbs milk. (Or: 2 tbs cocoa powder, 50 g margarine, 3 tbs milk.) Mix them and put them boil at low heat. When it becomes a paste, dive the cookies in it and let them dry. Or take glaze with a teaspoon and make figures on the cookies' surface. They can be very well and long kept in metal or China boxes.
