Ina Cake

6 eggs, 280 g sugar, 280 g flour, 250 g margarine, lemon or orange peel, finely diced, 100 g sultanas, 100 g nuts, rahat laokum, 100 g cherries.
Mix yolks with margarine, sugar, add flour, lemon peel, then the whisked eggs. In an oven dish, greased and coated with flour, put this mixture and spread sultanas, nuts, cherries and rahat laokum. Bake at low heat (oven must be heated) until it is done (for 20 minutes don't open the oven. The cake will fall!). Check it with a wood tooth-pick. If it comes out clean, the cake is done. If there is dough on it, let it in the oven more. Normally, at low temperature, it would take 50 minutes until it's done.
