Stuck Cookies

200 g butter (250 g margarine or half butter, half margarine), 300 g flour, 100 g sugar, 1 egg, vanilla powder, at taste, marmalade.
Mix sugar with butter, add flour, egg and vanilla. Knead well. Spread dough half a cm thick and cut circles in pairs: one and the other cut again with the thimble in the middle. Bake them at medium heat until they are light brown. Let cool and then stick pairs with marmalade (one whole and the other with hole) and powder with sugar.
