Vanilla Cream

5 eggs, 250 g sugar, vanilla essence, 5 tbs flour, 1 l milk, margarine nut-size.
Separate the eggs. Mix yolks with sugar, flour and vanilla. Add half the milk. The other half you put boil, at low heat. When boiling, add the mixture and stir continuously, until it gets thicken (to coat the spoon). Let cool. Beat the whites and add them to the cooled cream. Then add the margarine and mix well. You can have it simple, with whipped cream, or you can fill with it pie shells.
