French Potatoes
1 kg potatoes, 9 eggs, 500 g cottage-cheese, 250 g heavy cream, pepper, paprika (optional), fresh parsley, margarine for greasing. Wash, boil, peel and slice the potatoes. Boil hard 6 eggs and slice them. Slice 400 g cottage-cheese. Grease an oven dish and put a potato layer, then a boiled eggs one and a cottage-cheese one and so on, but the last layer must be potatoes. Mix the other 3 eggs and the heavy cream in a bowl, then add the rest of the cottage-cheese. Mix well, add pepper to taste, paprika (if you want) and the parsley. Put this mixture onto the layers in the oven dish and put it into the oven at medium heat until it turns golden brown. Serve hot, with salad.
