Mutton Stew with Potatoes

1 kg mutton meat, 4 peppers, 1 kg potatoes, a big onion, 3-4 celery leaves, salt, pepper, rosemary to taste, 3-4 tomatoes.
Wash the meat well and cut it cubes. Put it in a dish. Add salt, pepper, rosemary, onion, peppers and the celery leaves, all cut small, and the tomatoes sliced. Pour a cup of water on these, cover the dish and let boil until the meat is almost ready. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut them in 4. Add them at the stew and let boil for another 10-15 minutes. Serve with sour cream, fresh parsley, sauerkraut and mamaliga.
