Pancakes Pudding with Meat

350 g any minced meat, 2 onions, 1 egg, 50-60 g butter, 2 tbs heavy cream, fresh parsley, salt, pepper; for the pancakes: 2 eggs, 3 tbs flour, a cup of milk.
Shred the onion. Put it in a dish with the meat and the butter, cover and put it on medium fire. Mix from time to time. Add water if necessary, as the meat needs to be well boiled. Salt and pepper it to taste. Let it cool. Mix with the egg and the parsley. Make the pancakes. Fill them with this mixture. Put them in a greased oven dish, add the heavy cream and put them in the oven at medium for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot with ketchup or with salad.
