Potato Musaca
1 kg potatoes, 600 g minced meat, 4 eggs, salt, pepper, green parsley, 1 tbs margarine, 200 ml sour cream, a medium-size onion, finely chopped. Wash and boil the potatoes for 20 minutes. Peel and slice them. Put the meat and the onion in a pot and brown with water or broth for 15 minutes. Let cool. Spice and add 2 eggs, the the parsley. Grease an oven dish with margarine. Put a potato layer, a meat one and so on but end with a potato one. Whisk the other 2 eggs with the sour cream and pour it on the surface of the last layer. Put it in hot oven until it gets golden-brown. Serve with salad or pickles. |
