Spinach with Fried Eggs

1 kg spinach, 1 tbs flour, 4-5 cloves of garlic, 200 ml milk, salt, 8 eggs for frying (2 per serving), oil for fryinf, 1 tbs margarine.
Put a pot with water and salt boil. Wash the spinach. Put it in the boiling water for 5 minutes. Strain. Hash. Melt the margarine in a dish. Add the garlic cut slices and mix for 2-3 minutes. Add the flour, mix well and add the milk. Remove the dish from fire, mix very well (the sauce must not have pellets), then put it on fire again mixing continuously until the sauce gets thick as a cream. Now add the spinach and homogenize. Fry the eggs and put them on the spinach serves.
