"Stefania" Steak

1 kg pork joint, 300 g minced meat (pork and veal), 1 onion, 4 eggs, salt, pepper, bellpepper paste, 1 garlic clove, 2-3 juniper beans.
Cut the joint to obtain a big slice, one finger-thick. Mix the minced meat with an egg, the onion cut fine, salt and pepper. Lay this mixture on the joint. Boil the other 3 eggs hard. Put them on the minced meat and roll, taking care for the mixture to cover the eggs. Tie with a kitchen string. Salt. Cover with bellpepper paste. Put it in an oven dish. Add 100 ml water or white wine, the juniper beans and the garlic clove. Boil under a cover until the meat is tender, then remove the cover and let roast. When it's done, put it on a plate, let 10 minutes, cut and remove the string. Serve with vegetables and pickles.
