Bellpepper Soup

6-7 big bellpeppers, 2-3 carrots, 1 medium onion, 2 parsley roots, 50 g rice, salt, green parsley, 3-4 tomatoes, sour cream.
Wash all the vegetables. Cut them small cubes. Put all in a pot with a cup of water. Let boil. Add 2 liters of water. Peel the tomatoes and cut them in small pieces. Add them after 5 minutes. Put the rice. Let boil 15 minutes together. Salt by taste and serve with green parsley and sour cream.
