Cabbage Ciorba

500 g cabbage, 1 carrot, 1 parsley root, 1 onion, dill, savory, salt, at taste, tomato juice or sauerkraut brine (for getting ciorba sour), 300 g smoked meat.
Peel, wash and cube the vegetables. Put them boil with the smoked meat, well washed and chopped. Meanwhile, cut fine the cabbage, add a little salt, knead and let for a couple of minutes. Dry it of juice. When the pot started boiling, add cabbage, dill and savory at taste. Let boil for half an hour, then add tomato juice or sauerkraut brine, let boil for two minutes more and serve with sour cream.
