Fish Ciorba
2 slices of any kind of fish, 2 bellpeppers, 3 peppers, 4 small carrots, 2-3 celery leaves, a small onion, 50 g rice, 4-5 medium tomatoes, sour cream, fresh parsley, salt. Clean, wash well and cut the fish into pieces. Clean, wash and shred the vegetables and put them in a pot in 3 liters of water with some salt (not too much). After 10 minutes of boiling add the fish and the rice and let them boil together for another 15 minutes. Serve it with sour cream and chopped fresh parsley.
