Green Beans Soup
300 g green beans, 2 carrots, 5-6 small potatoes, 1 onion, 3-4 peeled tomatoes, salt, fresh parsley, sour cream. Put 2 liters of water to boil and add the finely chopped onion, then the green beans and, after 10 minutes, the potatoes (cubes) and the carrots (fine slices). When the soup is almost ready, add the tomatoes (cut small cubes) and let boil for another 5-7 minutes. Add salt to taste and serve with sour cream and fresh parsley.
