Potatoes Ciorba

600 g potatoes, 2-3 tomatoes, 2 medium carrots, 2 parsley roots, a medium onion, a bay leaf, some peppercorns, an egg, salt, fresh parsley, sour cream.
Clean and wash the vegetables, then cut them in small cubes. Put them boil in a pot with 2 liters of water and salt (not much). Add the onion chopped, the bay leaf and the peppercorns. Meanwhile peel the potatoes, wash and cut them cubes. After the vegetables in the pot boil, add the potatoes and leave boiling for 15 minutes. Whisk the egg as for an omelette. After the ciorba is boiled, let it for a few minutes then take some of the liquid from the pot and put it slowly on the egg, whisking again. Then add this into the pot stirring. Serve with fresh parsley and sour cream.
