Sausage Ciorba

500 g spicy sausages, 1 onion, 450 g sauerkraut, 2-3 carrots, 1 parsley root, dill, savory, tomato juice
Wash the carrots and the parsley root. Cut them small cubes. Let boil. Add the onion fine chopped. Slice the sausages. Add them in the pot. When all starts boiling add the sauerkraut cut small, dill and savory at taste. Sour the ciorba with tomato juice and serve it with sour cream.
