Summer Ciorba

3 green onions, 3 celery, 3 peppers, 4-5 tomatoes, 4 carrots, 3 parsley roots, 300 g beans, 500 g potatoes, salt.
Wash and peel the carrots, parsley roots and potatoes. Slice the carrots and the parsley. Cut the potatoes cubes. Slice the green onions. Cut small the celery. Cut the peppers small cubes. In a pot with 3 liters water put boil the onion, celery, peppers, carrots and the parsley. When it starts boil, add the beans. Wait for it boil again and add the potatoes. After 5 minutes add the tomatoes slices. Let boil for 10-15 minutes. Add salt if necessary and serve with green parsley and sour cream.
