Tomato Soup

2 onions, 2 carrots, 1 celery, 1 parsley root, 2 potatoes, 2 bellpeppers, 100 g green beans, 1,5 kg tomatoes, 1 tbs rice, 1 tsp butter, sour cream.
Clean and wash all vegetables, cut them pieces and put boiling in 2 liter salty water. Boil tomatoes separately and remove the peels and seeds. When vegetables are boiled, remove them and put instead the tomato juice, the rice (boiled separately) or semolina dumplings and let boil together for 10-15 minutes. After that add 1 tsp butter and 2 tbs sour cream and let melt. The boiled vegetables can be served with a steak.
